About

Hello!

I’m Sophie, founder of Olivie and I’m so pleased that you’ve found us here or come across our website.

I created the company after having my second child. I took both my kids to baby massage and yoga when they were small and really loved the sessions. It was great to be forced to slow down and have an hour of dedicated time to spend with my babies each week, as well as it being a welcome relief amongst the long days and nights of sleep deprivation.

My background is in psychology and health & wellbeing and I am passionate about the care of mothers and the tools that we can use to look after ourselves a little better. This is why I always try to include a simple breathing exercise in our sessions as well as a chance to chat about things that might be helpful to you and your baby. Massaging your baby not only benefits your baby, but can help lift your mood and relax you too by the simulation of the hormone oxytocin, that is released when you massage your baby.

Coaching and wellbeing sessions for mums are on their way… so watch this space! If you would like to have a chat about what we will be offering, please feel free to get in touch.
